Baby bingo, most popularly known as baby shower bingo, is a fun way to entertain guest at a baby shower. You can make that day even more special by introducing innovative and fun games at the baby shower and make the event a success.

Preparation for baby bingo:

All you need to do is make bingo cards for your guests. Take a sheet of paper. Make blocks by drawing five rows and columns and write baby related names on them. The names could be anything such as Winnie the pooh, mother goose, nursery, walker or doll. Leave the center block empty like the original bingo cards.

Make enough bingo cards with different names for all your guests. For bingo balls you need to write all these names in strips of paper and put them in a purse.

How to play baby bingo?

Once the guests arrive, give each of them a bingo card which you have prepared. Also provide them with markers or pens. Then pull one strip from the purse and call the name out. If the guest has that name on their bingo card, they need to strike it off their card. The person, who gets five names in a row, wins.

There is another alternative to this game. Instead of writing any names on the bingo card, just leave them blank. Give these blank bingo cards to the guests and ask them to fill the blanks with names of presents that the guest of honor (to-be-mother) could possibly get.

Once they have done filling the space, the guest of honor shall start opening each present. If the present opened is the one mentioned in the bingo cards, then they need to be stroked off. The other part remains the same. The guest who gets five strikes in a row wins a prize.
