Club Penguin Mission 1: Case of the Missing Puffles

The first mission in the game Club Penguin is called Case of the Missing Puffles. To do this mission, you need to help Aunt Artctic, columnist for the Penguin Times, locate her missing puffles. While doing the mission, you’ll get assistance from G as you try hard to crack this case.

Here are the steps you need to finish the 1st mission in the Club Penguin game. The mission is fun and you will enjoy it.

  • Speak with Aunt Artic.
  • Go to the Ice Rink, go to the right and pick up the pictures on the ground.
  • Return to Aunt Arctice and give her the pictures.
  • Go to the Pet Shop.
  • Turn left.
  • Look at the note that is stuck to the puffle house.
  • The message changes each time you do the mission.
  • The note always says “G has _ pairs of socks.” Figure out how many pairs he has for that mission, then go to the Sports Shop.
  • Speak with G. Ask him if he has any “Special items.” Tell him the answer to his number of socks.
  • Don’t forget to take the life preserver shooter. Go to the Iceberg and rescue all the penguins that got trapped on the floating ice. Save them by watching the speed of the wind and shooting the life preservers at them.
  • Head to the ski mountain. Talk to the crying penguin. Open your spy phone and click on the LED light. Click on the telescope to fix it.
  • Look through the telescope and go to the left. You will now see a green puffle flying around a mountain.
  • Go to the Sports Shop and get the grappling hook.
  • Go to the tallest mountain. Click at the top of the mountain.
  • You find the two lost puffles.
  • Talk to Aunt Artic.
  • Get the medal and letter at the completion of the mission.

You can find more missions on the Club Penguin Missions page.

The Medieval Party in Club Penguin

Thursday, June 25th, 2009

One of the most popular activities on the kids’s game Club Penguin is to attend-go to the different events and parties that are planned. Parties are almost always planned once each month and mostly follow a theme, such as the {Christmas,St. Patrick’s,April Fool’s} Party or the Wild West Party. But one of the biggest parties of the year is the Club Penguin Medieval Party, which first happened in 5/2008 and is scheduled again for May, 2009. Almost all of the areas in Club Penguin are re-designed for the event and there are a lot of exciting activities players can do.

The first Medieval Party was held between May 16, 2008 and May 25, 2008. It was one of the biggest parties in Club Penguin history. Almost all of the rooms in the game were decorated. Definitely one of the most popular things was the free item giveaway. In 2008, there were 2 things that you could get for free. The first free item was the Squire Tunic at the Dock. The second free item was a wizard hat available at the Lighthouse. The wizard hat was first released in the Halloween Party from 2006.

Some Popular Attractions at the 2008 Medival Party

Dragon (Mines)

One of the most popular attractions was a dragon that appeared inside the Mines. The Switchbox 3000 device, which normally appears in the Stage was moved to the Mine to control the dragon.

Magic Mirror at the Mountain

At the Mountain there was a Magic Mirror which operated in a way similar to that of a “Magic 8″ ball.

Special Clothing

In the Penguin Style Catalog at the Gift Shop there was a dragon, knight and princess costume for member Penguins, medieval backgrounds and a hiddennote from the party committee about preparing for this party. The special costumes were for members only.

Tree Fort

This room was a special room that only appeared during the Club Penguin Medieval Party. It was a place to hang out and have fun. One entertaining feature was a hole in the tree where different Puffles would appear and make faces at you.

The 2009 Medieval Party

The 2009 edition of the Club Penguin Medieval Party will be held from May 8, 2009 through May 17, 2009. Club Penguin has only released a few details about the party but it looks to be as big, if not bigger than last year’s!

Cheats for Wii Music

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

Finding cheats for Wii music pretty much follow the same pattern as any other game. The difference is that for Wii music there are plenty of cool options to do some really, really great things in the game. Just go to go Google and do a quick search and you will find many other sites offering Wii cheat codes. These codes will unlock a host of different options that can make your Wii music experience something different

There are several codes that I really enjoy using. First up is a code that will put all your Miis in rapper style costumes. Did you ever want to see your friends and yourself as OGs? All you need to do is hold the B button and then up and the D Pad. After that hit start. This will launch all of the Miis in rapper gear. Other outfits that you can use codes to get include Wii Music t-shirts, tuxedos, DJ outfits, cat costumes, and karate gi’s. These are just a few of the costumes that you can open up using Wii music cheat codes. In addition there are many other unlockable items in the game. If you know what to exactly to look for than you can change the feel and look of the whole game totally. To get the best wii cheat codes for music you should look for a site offering a comprehensiv elisting of wii cheat codes. You will find numerous cheat code sites on the internet offering cheat codes for free. These sites will not only have cheat codes for Wii music games, but also for most other games.

Some people think that using these codes and other options is cheating, but I see it more as enhancing game play. How you see it is up to you but it can be fun to experiment and see what options are out there. Even if you are not the type to normally go looking for these kind of codes they can be fun to play around with.

Only few Wii owners know that they can play homebrew Wii games and also play every game from SNES, Sega Genesis, and N64. It is also possible to download ISO`s, DVDs, and Music. Unlocking your Wii for maximum entertainment is easy! For more information go to Unlock Wii

Copy PS3 Games – It Is Easy!

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

If you are looking to make copies of your PS3 games there is a way to do it quickly and easily. In order to do so you are going to need a couple pieces of equipment. The first thing that is a must have is a computer with a decent size hard drive to store your games on. In addition the computer will need to have a DVD burner so that you can then copy the games off of the computer and onto a DVD. The next thing you will need is a cross over cable to connect your PS3 up to your PC. Once you have connected your PS3 to your PC you will have to mount the PS3 to your computer so the PS shows up as an external drive. No need to panic! It’s not that difficult. You can get help online. There are site sthat will show you exactly how to do it.

Once the information is transferred over to your computer you can then burn the ISO to a DVD. Copying Ps3 games is really not that difficult. While the information is stored on the disk, this will not play on your PS3. You will have to physically modify the chip on your PS3 if you want to play thses DVDs. There are chips out there that can read burned disks through the PS3, but installing one will invalidate your warranty. Playing burned games on your system is not illegal as long as you own the games. This can be very handy if you have disks that get damaged or are looking to make sure that you do not lose your games. For the most part though people will use these chips to try to play rented games or games from friends that they burn onto the disks. This is completely illegal and can carry a significant penalty if you are caught doing so. It is important to have the consequences in mind before you start doing this.

The best titles for your Xbox 360

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

Microsoft is trying hard to stay a bit above, and ahead of the market when it comes to your gaming needs. The Xbox 360 has some of the most innovative and advanced games on the market today.

However, finding one that fits your needs in gaming can be tricky. The reason that it is hard is because of the large amount of games that pour into retail stores weekly.

New games can be somewhat expensive, most costing upwards of $60, so some of the titles listed here will give a good idea of the variety, as well as the best value for your money games out there.

One of the top games last year based on reviews from very well known gaming sites was Fallout 3. Fallout 3 was developed by the same company that made Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and is an engrossing action role-playing game with post World War II setting. The Character leveling system, unreal graphics, and open-ended game play earned Fallout 3 some of the highest marks last year from reviewing sites. So if you were an Elder Scrolls IV fan you will definitely be a fan of Fallout 3.

Another great open-ended game is Grand Theft Auto IV was one of the most highly anticipated games for 2008. It has won several “Game of the Year” awards for its lasting gameplay and excellent presentation. Xbox 360 owners are lucky that they can enjoy more of the game by downloading additional episodes from Xbox Live. Currently there is one extra episode with a second one to be released later this year.

There are not a whole lot of games that keep you on the edge of your seat anymore with the “Scary” title. Dead Space was listed last year as the “World’s Scariest Game”. It’s a very dark and thrilling game that is a third-person shooter, leaving no room to be bored.

There are also third-person shooters that are not as scary, but just as good with Gears of War 2 being one of the best. Not only is the single player experience good, but the multiplayer feature allows you to play with 9 others. Gears of War 2 also won a few awards as well making this a must-have in your game collection.

Action-packed games do not have to be 3-D and bloody and Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 proves it. This Xbox Live Arcade shooter was greatly praised by critics for the different modes to choose from. It is much better than its predecessor and some consider it as the best Xbox Live Arcade game during the time of its release. Because it is an Xbox Live Arcade title, it is a lot cheaper than the other games mentioned.

Another great Xbox Live Arcade game is Braid which is more of a puzzle game. In fact it is one of the more innovative games that are really worth playing no matter how old you are. The challenge is just right, the story really sucks you in, and the musical score is fantastic. Although this is much more expensive than most Xbox Live games, it should definitely be a part of your gaming collection.

Choosing a title can be hard if you really are unaware of what to look for in a game. Make sure that you do some extensive research on the gaming titles out there to see which ones fit you so that you get the most for your money.
